At Return Easy, we aim to make the return and refund process simple and convenient. Please review the following refund policy regarding our service.
Service Fee Policy
- Return Easy charges a service fee for pickup and refund processing.
- This fee covers pickup, travel, and attempting the refund at the retailer.
Non-Refundable Service Fees
- Service fees are non-refundable once the item has been picked up.
- This applies even if the retailer declines the refund.
Retailer Refunds
- Refunds for returned items are issued directly by the retailer, not by Return Easy.
- The refund will typically be processed to the original payment method or store credit, depending on the retailer’s policy.
- Return Easy does not control how or when retailers issue refunds.
If a Refund is Declined
- If a retailer refuses the refund due to store policy (expired return window, missing receipt, item condition, etc.), the item may be returned to the customer when possible.
- Return Easy is not responsible for retailer decisions.
Pickup Issues
- If a scheduled pickup cannot be completed due to incorrect information or the item not being available, a new pickup may need to be scheduled.
